1. Returns

  • You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@backpackboyz.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Clearance or final sale products.

  • Opened or used hygiene-related items (if applicable).

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, contact our team. We’ll guide you through the exchange process (availability permitting).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund your order promptly.

  • Returns from outside the USA must be pre-approved and shipped at the customer’s expense.
